The recommendations in the book do make a lot of sense.

The only effective way to treat acne is by working on it from the inside out, and the author, Mike Walden, has formulated his acne skin care system to do just that.

The treatment finds the source of acne and blemishes and also treats  future outbreaks that  are not yet visible. The website itself has a never ending list of  testimonials, but I tend not to  read too much into that. It does sell at a fair price though, and it’s definitely worth trying.
